چکیده
Background: The most common histologic type of cervical cancer is squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), with the risk recurrence depending on immune surveillance granzyme-B markers, and tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) an immunological determinant associated a better prognosis. Granzyme-B produced by TIL. study was aimed to prove difference in expression SCC epithelial cells dysplasia precancerous lesions as predictor surveillance. Methods: Correlation analytic cross-sectional design paraffin block patients at Anatomical Pathology Laboratory, RSUP Dr. Kariadi, Semarang, during 2018 2019, using immunohistochemistry assays, assessed TIL activation. Results: Most cases were 40 years old, 50% stage IIIB, 20% final condition died observation 1 year after initial diagnosis made. uterine group expressed mean score 5.81±1.17 (p=0.001) dysplastic lesion 6.83±0.95 (p=022), Mann-Whitney test showed p value = 0.009, so that results are statistically significant. Conclusion: Expression higher than SCC.

Correlation of EGFR Expression with Survival Rate in Patients with Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma
Background and Aim: This study aimed to indicate the role of epidermal growth factor (EGF) in proliferation and growth of epithelial tissue and to determine the correlation be-tween the frequency of expression of EGF receptor (EGFR) by means of immunohistochemistry with survival rate in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Materials and Methods: Thirty-eight cases of OSCC diagnosed by hemato...
متن کاملCyclin D1 Expression in Patients with Laryngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma
Background & Objective: Laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) is considered to be one of the most common cancers of the head and neck, accounting for roughly 90% of all malignant tumors of the larynx. To have a timely diagnosis for a better and practical therapy, molecular markers have to be investigated. The aim of this study was to determine the expression of Cyclin D1 (CD...

متن کاملTongue Squamous Cell Carcinoma: A Clinical Study
Background and Objectives: Squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue (SCCOT) is the most common malignant neoplasm in oral cavity. At the time of the diagnosis of SCCOT regional metastases with a high mortality rate are common, which is due to the extensive lymphatic system drainage of the tongue. Although the level of healthcare has significantly improved, the survival rate is still low with an...
متن کاملSquamous cell carcinoma related antigen in uterine cervical carcinoma.
Squamous cell carcinoma-related antigen (SCC-Ag), first described by Kato and Torigoe in 1977, has been cited by various workers as a serological marker for some epithelial neoplasms. The most well-studied is its association with carcinoma of the uterine cervix. In January 1989, we embarked on a prospective, multivariate study at the University Hospital, Kuala Lumpur to assess the usefulness of...
